Service Delivery Policy

Slashup is an online software service. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical goods.

1. How the service is delivered

• Free trial: your account opens immediately when you sign up at slashup.in.
• Paid plans: your plan is activated online as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds. You see it under Billing inside the CRM, along with your invoice. If emails are on, a receipt is also sent to your registered email.
• You use Slashup in any modern web browser on a phone or computer, wherever you have an internet connection.

2. If your plan is not activated

If your payment succeeded but the CRM still shows as locked after 1 hour, write to support@slashup.in with the payment ID. We activate it or refund the payment as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Service area

Slashup is offered to businesses in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
