Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Radsan Creations Private Limited, C-84, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301 ("we", "us"), which runs Slashup at slashup.in. By creating an account or using Slashup, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Slashup.

1. What Slashup is

Slashup is an online CRM for marketing agencies. It helps you keep track of clients, retainers, collections, expenses, salaries, invoices and profit. It works in a web browser; there is nothing to install and nothing is shipped.

2. Who can use it

Slashup is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to accept these terms for your agency. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Tell us straight away at support@slashup.in if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Free trial

New accounts get full access free for 7 days. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the CRM locks until you choose a paid plan. Your data stays saved, so you continue from where you stopped.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Every plan includes every feature. The current prices are:

• Monthly: ₹799 for 1 month
• Quarterly: ₹2,199 for 3 months
• Yearly: ₹7,999 for 12 months

These prices include GST at 18%. Prices on the website and at checkout are the ones that apply to your payment.

• You pay in advance for the period you choose. Payments are handled by our payment partner Razorpay, which offers cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Pay once or use auto-pay. With Pay once, nothing renews automatically: to continue after your paid period, you pay again. With Auto-pay, you approve a mandate once (UPI AutoPay or card) and your plan renews at the end of every period at the price shown when you set it up, until you turn it off.
• Auto-pay mandates are held by Razorpay and your bank, not by us. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each automatic payment, as RBI rules require. You can turn auto-pay off at any time from Billing in your CRM or from your UPI app; payments already made for the current period are not reversed.
• If a coupon is used with auto-pay, the discount applies to the first payment only. Later automatic payments are at the full price.
• You get an invoice for every payment under Billing inside the CRM, and by email when emails are on.
• Coupon codes give the discount shown when you apply them, only on the plans they are valid for, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change prices in the future. A new price applies only to payments made after the change. A period you have already paid for is never charged again.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop at any time by not renewing. Refunds are covered in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Your data

• The data you put into Slashup, such as your clients, payments, expenses and staff records, belongs to you. You can export it as CSV or a full backup file at any time.
• You are responsible for having the right to store information about your clients, staff and other people in the CRM, and for its accuracy.
• We store and process that data only to run Slashup for you, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Slashup for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store;
• send spam or harassing messages using the reminder or WhatsApp features;
• try to get into another agency's account, or test, probe or break our security;
• overload the service, copy it, or access it with automated tools other than the export features we provide;
• resell or share access to Slashup outside your agency without our written permission.

9. When we look at your account

We do not browse your data. We only look at it when you ask us for help, when needed to keep the service secure and working, or when the law requires it. When our owner account opens an agency's CRM, it is view-only and every such view is recorded in our activity log. Our support team can see your account details, plan and support messages, but not the amounts in your CRM.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Slashup running at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or problems outside our control, such as hosting or internet failures. We may improve, add or change features. If we ever remove a main feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance.

11. Backups

Slashup saves automatic backups on the schedule you choose and keeps your latest copies. We take reasonable care of your data, but we recommend you also download a backup from time to time.

12. Suspension and closing an account

• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and download your data.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@slashup.in. We delete your data within 30 days, except payment and invoice records that we must keep under tax and accounting laws.

13. No professional advice

Slashup calculates figures such as profit, GST, salary and cash flow from what you enter. These are tools to help you run your business, not tax, legal or financial advice. Please check important figures with your accountant or chartered accountant.

14. Limitation of liability

Slashup is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will also tell you inside the CRM or by email before they apply. If you keep using Slashup after the change, the new terms apply.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there is a disagreement, please write to us first and we will try to sort it out. If it cannot be settled, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.
