Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what information Slashup (slashup.in) collects, why, who can see it and the choices you have. Slashup is run by Radsan Creations Private Limited, C-84, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301 ("we", "us"). We follow India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
Account details
Your agency name, your name, phone number, email address and password when you sign up. Your password is stored only as a one-way scrambled code, so nobody can read it, including us. If you add them, we also keep your logo, photo, business address and GSTIN.
What you enter in the CRM
Your clients and their contact details, retainers, payments, invoices, expenses, staff, salaries, attendance and notes. This is your business data. We store it only to run the CRM for you.
Payment details
Payments are made through Razorpay. We receive the payment reference, amount, date, status and payment method type (for example "UPI" or "card"). We never receive your full card number, CVV, bank password or UPI PIN.
How you found us
If you arrive through a partner's referral link or code, an online ad or another website, we save that source (such as the referral code, the campaign name in the link and the website you came from) along with your answer to "How did you hear about us?". We use this to see which marketing works and to pay commission to the partner who referred you.
Support messages
What you write to us through Help, email or WhatsApp, and our replies.
Technical information
Our server sees your IP address and browser type with each request. We use this to keep the service secure, for example to block repeated wrong password attempts.
2. Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your theme, dashboard layout and how you found us. To count how many people visit and how many are on the site at the same time, your browser also keeps a random visitor number, and we look up the approximate city of your internet connection through the IP-location service ipapi.co. We store only that city, never your IP address. It does not contain your name or contact details, and we use it only for these counts. On our website (not inside the CRM) we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records page visits, sign-ups and plan purchases, and Meta may set its own cookies for this. It does not see your clients, invoices or anything you enter in the CRM. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook settings or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. We do not use any other advertising or third-party analytics tools.
3. How we use information
- To run your account and the CRM, and to keep your data backed up.
- To process payments and issue invoices.
- To send service emails such as your welcome email, payment receipts, trial and renewal reminders, password reset links and replies to support requests. You can turn off reminder emails by writing to us.
- To answer support requests.
- To pay commission to partners for agencies they referred.
- To keep Slashup secure, prevent misuse and meet legal duties such as tax records.
- To understand, in total numbers, how Slashup is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your CRM data for advertising.
4. Who can see your information
- You. Only people who sign in with your email and password can see your CRM. Other agencies can never see it.
- Our support team sees your account details, plan, subscription status and support messages, so they can help you. They do not see the amounts in your CRM.
- Our owner account can open your CRM in view-only mode to help with a support request or a security problem. Every such view is recorded in our activity log.
- A referring partner. If you signed up with a partner's link or code, that partner sees your agency name, when you joined, your plan and your subscription payments, so their commission can be worked out. They cannot see anything inside your CRM.
- Service providers who help us run Slashup: Hostinger, which hosts our servers and sends our emails, Razorpay, which processes payments, and ipapi.co, which tells us the approximate city of a visitor's internet connection. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if the law or a valid government or court order requires it.
- If Slashup is ever sold or merged, your information would move to the new owner under this same policy, and we would tell you first.
5. Your clients' and staff's information
When you add information about your clients, staff or other people, you decide what is stored and why, and you are responsible for having their permission or another legal basis to do so. We process that information only on your behalf and only to provide Slashup to you.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If your trial or plan ends, your data stays saved so you can come back. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except payment and invoice records, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Backup copies are replaced on a rolling basis.
7. How we protect it
Passwords are stored only in scrambled form, all traffic uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, each agency's data is kept separate, and sensitive partner bank details are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it (most details you can change yourself under My account);
- delete it, subject to the records the law requires us to keep;
- withdraw your consent, which means closing your account;
- name another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
You can export your CRM data yourself at any time. To use any of these rights, write to support@slashup.in. We will reply within 30 days.
9. Children
Slashup is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell you inside the CRM or by email.
11. Grievance Officer and contact
If you have a complaint or question about your information, contact our Grievance Officer, at support@slashup.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
